After mold finally mold test, molds will be prepared to ship out to client’s factory. Best packing the molds, XS Plastic Mould Co., Ltd will test all the molds cooling line sealing.
We have specal tool to increase the pressure of the cooling water to test the cooling line sealing. We have to insure all the molds cooling line sealing work well before mold delivery.
Usually we will paint the molds to provide the molds with anti-rust protecting on the mold surface.
Painting is not the last process to protect the molds. We wrap the molds with plastic firm. This well helped the molds to anti rust during the transport, especial shipping by sea.
At last molds packed with wooden case, and got shipped.
