🟠This ready flip top cap mould was not made under client’s order. This mould was planed to be made ready and then sale it. We have made more than 30sets this kind of ready mould in 2021, and sold them to client one by one.

🟡The ready flip top cap mould made laser quenching hardening, there is another way to make hardening treatment for the flip top cap mould – nitriding hardening treatment.

🔵Our client request to provide shot counter, we follow this request and provide a shot counter on this ready flip top cap mould. In case client’s requirement is reasonable, we normal will make the mould neet client’s requirement,

🚩Before packed the mould into wooden case, the mould will be wrapped with shrink poly film to protect the mould and prevent the mould got rust during long time shipping on the sea. The cooling fittings, ejector pins and springs are free spare parts. The cooling fitting can fit diameter 10mm PU cooling pipes. This customized according customer’s request. As normally cooling fittings for this size mould is for diameter 8mm PU pipes.

This topic is very tough during our work. Our company met a case that client ordered Y PVC pipe fitting mould. In the design stage, send sample pictures with detail required sizes. So we make the part drawing, part 3D and mould 3D design all according these sizes provided by client. But the tragedy happened that after we showed client mould trail samples sizes pictures, client required some other much different sizes. Have to make very big change on the mould to meet the sizes requirement. Later, we improved the mould and make pipe fitting mould trial sample same as per the request. However, the mould improvement charge is too high. Another hand the mistake not crated by our company. So we told the client that your company need to bear the sizes change charge 2500usd. As sizes too much different, mould remade the cnc milling tooling and cnc engraving tooling, and changed the ejection pins position also. The improvement cost is too high. But customer didn’t want to pay for it. And told us there is a new 35sets mould new project, need us to leave a good impress to win the order. Our company discussed this matter, and told customer, they can pay us the mould improvement charge 2500usd first, and we can refund this payment into the new order. Unfortunately customer didn’t agree on this. At last, we said not all the change is free. If the mistake is because of us, we will modify the mould freely. Another thing, if the improvement cost is low, then we can make it for client free. Now if we didn’t charge the improvement, your company management will not care about the part sizes again. So even 35 sets moulds placed to us, if this issue happen again on them, we will get hug lost, not earn money.

2020 Egypt PLASTEX exhibition is the latest oversea show our company attended before COVID-19 outbreak. It was just like happened yesterday, everything still very clear in my mind.

We met many new friends and some old friends during the exhibition. We told our Egypt friends we will be there again in future. But till now, the COVID-19 is still not gone. And still not know when this could be end. It is suffering for the people all over the world.

We also got good business from the exhitition on the cap mould, household mould, and some other moulds. The internet platform can not instead of the business show. Exhition works much much better than internet platform.

We wish the world will be opened again in 2022, and hope everything can be resumed in the coming 2022 new year.

For mould factory, it is a headache matter to test transparent part moulds. As most mould factory don’t have special injection machine only for transparent part moulds test.

Because normally injection machine need to test many different plastic materials and colors moulds every day, so the injection machine screw and barrel can’t be cleaned very clearly. In this case, can’t get very clear mould trail samples to hand them to clients.

It is quite important to buy injection machine or find a factory only produce transparent plastic parts to test transparent part moulds.

Another hand, professional transparent plastic parts injection moulding factory have rich experience in manufacturing transparent plastic parts, it is easier for them to set the parameter correctly.

Transparent plastic parts production workshop need to meet the following requirements:

1. The injection machines only produce transparent products only to avolid the dirty color and material left inside. Then very hard to make the injection machine screw and barrel get clean.
2. Workshop have to be clean and dust free. As any dust on the transparent parts is defect. So if produce the transparent plastic parts in normal workshop, the production defective rate is very high.

Injection mould design and manufacturing has the following four characteristics (single product, four high and short, fierce competition).

1. Mould product is special, it is a single product, high cost of manufacturing; different mould structure varies greeatly, the same mold is almost no (except for mould preparation), which brings difficultes to design, process, manufacturing, and management. The manufacturing process is complex, processing and molding parts equipment large investment.
2. The mould has high quality precision requirements, high technical content and long life requirements.
3. Mould manufacturing cycle is short: some moulds spend a long time before and after signing the contract. Once the agreement is signed, the time is calculated daily, and the mould delivery time is urgent.
4. Mould market competition: peer price competition, mould delivery time competition, quality competition, etc.

Nozzle leaking melted raw material is common problem during cable ties injection moulding.

1. If the springs Nozzle always break . Please check the material burn or not. If material burn, need to take the material out.
2. Please note that, don’t always stop the machine. As the temperature will be very high when production around 300 degree, if always stop the machine, the material will be very easy to burn, if material burn have to take the material out.
3. If always stop the machine when production, temperature much high, then the ties will be very easy to break. You have to put the ties into water to absorb the water then will be better.
4. Material leakage, please kindly check is there any material leakage from the machine nozzle area. If have material leakage then will be hard to produce, need to solve this problem first. Please use our spring nozzle for your machine. After solve this material leakage problem then could produce. The spring nozzle picture as below shown.
