🎈 Square bucket moulds.
Taizhou Xiongshi Plastic Mould Co., Ltd made many sets square shape bucket moulds. Compared with round bucket mould, square bucket mould tooling cost is much higher.
Same as round bucket mould, square bucket mould use strip plate as the ejection system. All of the bucket mould made by us, the strip plate is inside the mould shelf to insure the strip plate running stablely.
Square bucket mould also use air ejection to assist bucket drop from mould during demoulding.
For some height very high bucket mould, we use air cyclinder to assist the demoulding. As air cyclinder ejection force is much bigger than air ejector, and air cyclinder have strong ejection pin.
Bucket mould must be designed with good structure of interlock on the parting area, then mould can be avoild wall thickness off-centre problem.
