⚑ Hose reel part design
3D part design was provided by client. We made the mould designs according client’s 3d part design. In addition, client need to tell us the detail plastic raw material, as we need to know the plastic material shrinkage rate to design mould. The best that client can provide us detail the plastic material speicification which the plastic raw material they will use for this mould. So we can get the exact shrinkage rate and design the mould without mistake.
⚑ Hose reel mould design
Some client need to check the mould 3D design, some client don’t have ability to check the mould 3D design. Whatever we will send the mould 3D design data to client. Client can check the mould sizes by 3D mould design to check the moulds fit for which tonnage injection machine.
⚑ Hose reel mould steel
P20H, 718H, H13, etc mould steel can be used to make hose reel mould cavity and core steel. Mould base 45# steel. Cavity and core use which steel depends on the mould life client required. Better quality mould steel, mould life higher.
⚑ Hose reel mould tooling
The tooling process mainly include: cnc milling tooling, cnc engraving tooling, deep hole drilling, rocker drilling, EDM tooling, etc.
