Air cooler flow board design made according customer’s existed sample, and made a little change based on that.
There is a cap for the hole pipe. In the original sample, the cap is made separately with the main part. In the new design, the cap connected with main part to make them in one whole part. Just look in the below design picture.

This mould need cnc milling tooling, cnc engraving tooling and edm tooling. Meanwhile need machining like drilling tooling, boring tooling, fly cutting tooling, etc.
⚑. Air cooler flow board mould trial
Due to client use recycled PP material to produce this part, in order to make the mould trial result as close as possible with mass production, we bought recycled PP to make the mould trial. Then the mould trail samples sizes and strength can be almost same with mass production one.
We provide mould trail video and send mould test samples to client by courier for quality inspection.
