1. Laundry bucket design

Laundry bucket 3D design can be made according client’s rough drawing which even made by hand. Of course, if client can provide the 3D design file is best. As with this way, bucket sizes are all controlled by client strictly.

Most of the part 3D design without texture. However this mould client require to provide the part 3D design with texture and label position design, so this part design with texture design.

2. Laundry bucket mould 3D design

This laundry bucket mould ejection system designed with air ejector valve and centre air cylinder ejection rod. Air ejector valve open once mould start to open. Once mould complete open, centre air cylinder ejection rod start to work.

Laundry bucket mould main tooling process is lathe tooling. With this reason, the lathe tooling cost is almost half of this mould total tooling cost.

According client’s requirement, this mould need to make texture on the mould. That’s it, we made the texture on the mould, same with the part design.

Laundry bucket mould steel can be P20H, 45# forging and tempering steel, etc. P20H steel cost is much higher than 45#, and this mould weight is about 2ton, so the mould price is much different between P20H steel and 45# steel.

Laundry bucket mould with air cylinder ejection pin assistance laundry bucket can be dropped automatically from mould. But due to this bucket is unusal big, still need to pick the bucket from inside of the injection machine. Anyhow, laundry bucket drop automatically can make the cycle time shorter.
