Plastic Cap Design
Prior to cap mould designing, we have to figure out perfect plastic cap product design. Our knowledgable designers draw cap 2D drawing and 3D drawing as per client orginal cap sample. Both cap 2D&3D drawing are available to be provided to client if have needs.
Cap Mould Design
After cap drawing complete, our mould designer start cap mould design. We are good at UG software to do the cap mould drawing. Cap mould ejector system is very important for mould designing. There are two type of ejector systems are adopted normally, one is force eject, another is unscrewing eject. Apart from ejector, we design proper water cooling system as well, correct water channel diameter, suitable distance between water channels. Certainly we design correct mould bottom plate knock out position as per client injection machine platern drawing.
Cap Mould Runner System
Next we talk about cap mould runner system. Both hot runner and cold runner are adopted in cap mould. If cap mould is with cold runner, we can design pin gate,submarine gate; And if it is with hot runner, we can design pin gate, valve gate. As for hot runner brand, the famous brand is YUDO, MOLDMASTER,HASCO,etc. These worldwide famous hot runner brand have very good after sale service all over the world, meanwhile their cost is extramely high compared with Chinesee hot runner.
