⚑. 20L paint bucket mould part 3D design
Part 3D design can be made according client’s samples and the samples from China market. The best is the 3D design from client’s design department. As customer can strictly controll the detail design when they have their own design department.
⚑. 20L paint bucket mould steel
We usually use P20H to make paint bucket mould. But when customer require other mould steel, such as 718H, H13, etc. also fine. And commonly paint bucket mould can be inserted with beryllium copper inserts on the cavity and core for better cooling. Without doubt paint bucket mould inserted beryllium copper mould price is much higher. Not only mould material cost increased but also tooling cost raised.
The paint bucket bottom part on the mould is insert design. First, design by this way easy for tooling bucket bottom, as bucket cavity is deep, cnc tooling machine head height is not high enough. Second, simple for maintaining the mould.
⚑. 20L paint bucket mould guide pillar and guide bush
Most of the bucket mould core and cavity in round shape. Another hand, bucket mould are heavy. So need to use big guide pillar and guide bush to make the mould running stablely on injection machine.
⚑. 20L paint bucket mould wearing plate / balance plate
The wearing plate or called balance plate is very important for paint bucket mould. First, the wearing plates bear abrsion during mould open and close. Second, can adjust the balance by increase or decrease the wearing plate wall thickness. In a world, paint bucket mould have to be made with wearing plates, otherwise mould life will be shorter and paint bucket quality may have problem.
⚑. 20L paint bucket mould test
After mould trial done, will test the paint bucket sample with its lid. Inspect the assembling and sealing.
